GRIFFIN TO QUIRK, AUGUST 18, 1909
GRIFFIN TO QUIRK, AUGUST 18, 1909
August 18/09.
Mr. E. J. Quirk,
260 West 133rd St.,
New York City.
My dear Quirk:
I am sorry I did not see you yesterday. Mr. Woodruff wants you to go over the enclosed bill and let him know what you think of it. He thinks that it is entirely too much and does not want you to O.K. it unless you know that it is absolutely right. Please hurry the automobile and just as soon as it is finished take it down to Garden City Estates and leave it in the garage. Mr. Woodruff would like to have you go down in the morning and be subject to the call of Mrs. John Woodruff or Miss Morrison. He wants this done just as soon as possible so that Mrs. John can have the use of the automobile.
Yours very truly,
AES
