Hon. Timothy L. Woodruff,
Hotel Ten Eyck,
Albany, N.Y.
My dear Governor:
Major Gulick has just called me on the telephone to say that you started for Albany this morning on the Empire.
I am enclosing a letter from Ostrander thinking you may want to see him while you are in Albany, if it is possible for you to do so. I am also enclosing a letter from John and one from Briggs calling your attention to the luncheon at the City Club on Saturday, an invitation to which you have accepted. You will notice that Governor Hughes will not be there. You may want to give this matter some thought on the train.
I am also enclosing an envelope of some Albany matters which you wanted to take up while there.
Faithfully yours,
Enclosures.
