Hon. Julius Mayer,
Attorney General,
Albany, N.Y.
My dear Mayer:-
In the matter of the determination of the title to land in the triangle in the Town of Morehouse, Township #4, concerning which I have spoken to you, I write to urge you to have your Deputy, who has charge of the matter, expedite it as much as possible. It is going to cause a great deal of embarrassment to others and myself if the matter is not determined within the next few weeks. Mr. George N. Ostrander has charge of the matter for me, and I know will do everything he can, - realizing as he does the importance of hurrying the matter along, - to aid your Deputy in bringing the matter to trial at once.
I will thank you very much indeed if you will give the matter your personal attention.
Yours very sincerely,
