you would receive it not later than Saturday. You see, if we take one before all the windows are in, it will not look like an entirely completed building, while if we wait until Thursday the building will look just as completed as it ever will; and in order to carry out the idea you want to convey, I am going to have the fences all down, the office occupied by Burns removed and the place generally cleaned up, so it will look just as it will a year from now, except for the sidewalk and the grass in front of the buildings.
