Dear Sir:-
I am a holder of National Salt Co. preferred stock, and I understand that you have - or have had - large holding of salt, and are conversant with the deeds and misdeeds of said company.
The property was sold on the 15th inst. and is supposed to have been bought in for the International Company: I am trying to protect my own interests as a minority holder, and trust that you can give me some information, or refer me to some reliable party where I can get information which will be of use to me in bringing a bill in equity, or which will indicate to me some other method to persue.
I have only ten shares, but represents about all my sayings, hence I am greatly concerned about the matter, and everything indicates that it is a raw case of freeze-out.
