I take pleasure in advising you of your election as a director of the Worcester Salt Company for the ensuing year at the stockholders meeting held at Silver Springs, New York, this day.
A meeting of the directors of the Worcester Salt Company will be held at the Merchants' Exchange National Bank, No. 357 Broadway, New York, on Thursday, the 13th inst., at 12:30 P.M., for the election of officers and the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.
