Hon. Timothy L. Woodruff,
Pres., The Smith Premier Typewriter Co.,
Syracuse, N.Y.
My dear Mr. Woodruff:
I am enclosing herewith copy of a letter from J. A. Ockerson, in reply to your letter of the 2nd inst. The original has been handed to Mr. Peard, with a copy of your letter to Mr. Ockerman, for his information, and in order that he may keep all the correspondence on the subject together. I am enclosing you a carbon copy, so that you may destroy it after reading.
I also enclose a letter from Mr. Clifford L. Lutkins,
which I have answered to the effect, that you are out of town and will not return for a week or ten days.
Mr. Smith called me up on phone this morning to inquire if you had left any message with me concerning Mr. Baldwin. As you had not done so, he said he would go ahead with the matter and do the best he could.
Trusting your trip to the Adirondacks will prove beneficial, I am,
Yours very truly,
Jennie C. Griffin
