Smith, my Secretary and the Secretary of the County Committee of Kings County, to see all of the State Committeemen and have them each write a letter to the Governor in favor of Mr. M. N. Clement, our Excise Commissioner and I have no doubt that the Governor will receive all the letters by Monday.
